On the program (all workshops are free and without registration):
- Stress management: prepare for winter (Tuesday, October 15 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
Workshop to understand stress, know how to welcome it, manage it and reduce it led by Marine naturopath at nature & Balexert - Creation of shopping bags hosted by Cerises Mauves (Wednesday 16 and Saturday 19 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Manufacturing bee’s wraps: fabrics waterproofed with beeswax to replace cling film. Hosted by Zero Waste (Wednesday 16 and Saturday 19 from 2 p.m. to 6 pm
- Fight against recurring fatigue: boost your vitality. Workshop to identify the causes and solutions to find sustainable energy led by Marine naturopath at nature & Balexert (Thursday October 17 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
- DIY: creation of an organic lip balm led by Marine naturopath at nature & Balexert (Friday October 17 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.)
