From 1896, NORDSEE is synonymous with the highest quality fish and seafood.

Fishery products come exclusively from quoted catches. The origin of the products can be traced transparently via the NORDSEE website. It is possible to check the FAO fishing zone, the fishing method and the type of fishing. Sustainable development is a major concern for NORDSEE in Geneva, and the company sets the highest standards in this area. This applies to the development of recipes and dishes as well as the design of the store, packaging and energy consumption at each site. NORDSEE deliberately avoids the use of flavor enhancers, artificial flavors and genetically modified ingredients.
